I've read another thread about my problem and i wanted to ask if somebody can help me too.

The problem i have is that i have a virus on my laptop and i have tried to delete it with different "scanners" like Malwarebyte, Ccleaner, Esetonline scanner & AdwCleaner. The most of the virus is gone but there is 1 service in AdwCleaner that i can't remove. Everytime i want to clean it in AdwClean...

My AdwCleaner 6.0.3.0 download from the ToolsLib website is giving a security warning. I am happy with the service and the software but I need a safe download for Windows XP, as my XP computer and Google browser are no longer supported. I can't afford to upgrade my old Dell computer at this stage. Your help please?

Nous allons utiliser Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, voici la marche à suivre :

• Téléchargez FRST;
• Effectuez un clique-droit sur le fichier téléchargé, puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur";
• Cliquez sur le bouton "Scan";
• Un rapport est sauvegardé, il se nomme "FRST.txt" et quelques informations supplémentaires sont proposées dans le fichier "Addition.txt";

This detection is triggered by the fake firefox profile generic, which is a FP in your case.. Please uncheck it before cleaning.

Hello, this is my fist post. AdwCleaner is an amazing tool which saved my skin multiple times, but now I have an issue.

This is from the log:

Folder Found:  C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\41A66E7E5EE1

When I don't uncheck it, then AdwCleaner removes my whole Firefox profile folder, so I lose all my seetings, browsing history, etc. I had to ...
