• Download FRST
• Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
• Click on the "Scan" button
• The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
• Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated link.

ok then here the services name that cause the problem which adware cleaner was unable to remove them in the normal-mode but adware cleaner tool was able to remove them only on the safe-mode without any "not responding Message" or such of it

Since I don't see the precise issue, it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's not abnormal to need to run in safemode in order to remove specific elements.
