Adwcleaner 5.200 a mis un logiciel et ses data (1.5 Go)  en quarantaine, je souhaite les restaurer,

mais entre temps le disque a eu un problème, il ne démarre plus.

J'ai quand même pu récupérer le dossier quarantaine (fichiers + registre) en branchant le disque en externe.

J'ai installé Adwcleaner sur un autre ordinateur, et glissé les données dans le dossier quarantaine du (C) , p...

Thank you for updating QuickDiag, however the same error still persists.

Both of these files belong to the backup and disk imaging program Acronis True Image 2016.

It is a comprehensive program with a ton of features, and therefore its files take up the biggest amount of disk space of all my software.

Please let me know what more I can do to help.

pouvez vous me dire si je peut les nettoyer ou  si je peut les suprimer Merci.

Specifically, I am looking for a way to provide support to users who don't necessarily create an account or login to something. Acting as a guest user, I tried that page (nice) but it looks like I need to login to participate. Or is there a way that I might have overlooked?

Do you have a screenshot of the following ?

Have tried cleaning files indiviudally and it got halfway through a taskbar saying cleaning web entries or something alike then not responding popped up on the application window again.

Does the cleaning ends well if you uncheck every checkboxes from the File/Folders tab ?

Do you have any security software running ?

this application is for licensed users only. It´s an email application like Microsoft Exchange with server and client modules. We installed it over 10 years ago and did periodically updates until to the actual state.

Vous pouvez alors relancer AdwCleaner, cliquer sur "Désinstaller".
