I downloaded and installed AdwCleaner but when I exit the program there is nothing left.  I have no icons to re-open and it does not appear in my Un-install list.

Is it your antivirus which shows the "albireo" infection ?

The "Disinfected" string is used only when referring to shortcuts, right? Then please change it to "został wyleczony".

The current translation is "wyleczono", it sounds a bit weird because we usually say "Wyleczono skrót", not "Skrót wyleczono", but there seems to be no way to reverse the word order. So, when it's possible, I'm trying to use another form of the verb, like "wyleczono" - "został...

Hi, I like Adwcleaner. It would be a great improvement if can be run through command line like this.

C:\adwcleaner.exe /clean /norestart /log=C:\cleaner.log

/scan = Only Scan and save a log that can be read later

/clean = Scan, clean, restart and save a log that can be read later

/norestart = No restart the machine when /clean is specified

With new version I am getting a folder C:user\Ed\AppData\Local\Steam\htmlcache  . This is a temp folder so I delete the folder an all files in it and still when steam runs again it comes up . I then delete everything in it and still get error below .

Pouvez-vous réessayer en désactivant au préalable votre antivirus ?

Si cela ne fonctionne pas, essayez de désinstaller AdwCleaner ( en le lançant puis en cliquant sur "Désinstaller" ) puis téléchargez le de nouveau et réessayez.

Hier soir, après insertion d'une vieille clé usb dans mon portable fraichement remis à neuf (drivers et soft up to date) mon wifi et mon antivirus se sont fait shooté. L'antivirus en question est antivir. Je tourne sur win7. J'ai tenté le scan en ligne (la connexion en hotspot USB fonctionne) ne donne rien et le live USB non plus.
