I have uploaded two AdwCleaner reports: C9 from 9/7/16 and C10 from a short time ago.  I have also uploaded the ZHPDiag report. I have not used the ZHPDiag repair option.  I think the up2share link is xtdV9msx1WWE (it is what appears in the box at the top of the upload screen).

Pouvez-vous faire une analyse avec Malwarebytes pour confirmer :

• Lancez Malwarebytes
• Onglet "Analyse" choisissez "Analyse des Menaces", puis cliquez sur "Lancer l'analyse".
• Si un élément est détecté, choisissez de tout supprimer. S'il est demandé de redémarrer l'ordinateur, acceptez.
• Après démarrage, relancez Malwarebytes -> cliquez sur Historique -> Journaux de l'application ...

Mon antivirus a détecté un trojan et j'ai des gros doutes sur l'efficacité de celui a supprimé proprement toutes les traces laissés et je crains une récidive. Je souhaiterai donc savoir comment je peux nettoyer correctement ma machine.

Merci de la proposition, mais je cherche à supprimer l'erreur que j'ai avec W7, à chaque miseen marche de l'ordi.

Je ne cherche pas à faire une nouvelle formation sur W8, sinon je choisirais directement W10

pouvez vous me dire si je peut les nettoyer ou  si je peut les suprimer Merci.

Thank you for studying them, and for confirming that the problem lies in the file named 5f6db.msi itself and not QuickDiag.

As it happens, I also have another file named 9acb635.msi, which is equal in date/time, size and MD5, which also is corrupt.
