Have you tried uninstalling the app?

First, uninstall the app. Then reboot the PC. after that reinstall the app and update it.

If this doesn't solve the issue then raise a support ticket with the support centre and get the issue resolved.

Adw-cleaner has been quite satisfactory so far. Today, however, as suspicious Files, he shows me all entries belonging to a Program. I've been installing this Program for Years. Why is this Message only coming now? Once I've cleaned up these Messages, this Program doesn't work and, moreover, OneDrive and Dropbox no longer log in automatically.

Maybe this will shed some light - I suceeded in downloading the file only if I download it to the Microsoft Azure server - where download speed is 1 gigabit per second, and the file has been downloaded in about 40 seconds. On all other (slower) links, it fails repeatedly.
