I downloade malwarebytes adwcleaner today. After downloading I was prompted to click on logfiles. I did so but nothing happened and I could not proceed.  Why did that happen and whar does that mean?

Where do I go to scan my computer with malwarebytes AdCleaner?

Essayez de désactiver la protection residente de Panda Cloud puis :

• Vous pouvez relancer AdwCleaner et cette fois-ci lancez le nettoyage. Partagez-moi le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse.
• Ensuite, pouvez-vous lancez une nouvelle analyse avec Malwarebytes ? Partagez-moi aussi le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse.

Faites attention à ce que vous télécharger / installez.

Quel est votre antivirus actuel ?

Nous allons reprendre depuis le début. Pendant ce temps, essayez de ne pas installer de "logiciels douteux" :

• Téléchargez AdwCleaner en suivant ce lien : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/
• Lancez-le puis acceptez les CGU si besoin;
• Cliquez sur [Analyse] puis patientez ...

C'est tout à fait normal. WiseCleaner installe des logiciels potentiellement indésirables (PUP), de ce fait nous avons décidé de le cibler directement.
