Mine "adwcleaner_5.020"  stops shortly after the cleaning starts.

Just run a scan, after that you should have the file "COMError.log" at C:\AdwCleaner

Hi,

In fact there is an error with a COM module that your computer doesn't seem to have / find. Instead of making the program crashes when it can't find this module, I just bypass it and the scan can complete.

Moreover, you should have a file called "COMError.log" located at C:\AdwCleaner, can you post it's content ?

oui sur celui ci a part la lenterur actuelle anormale, et les 2 detections dans le mme fichier, de 2 virus  differents, c'est surtout les rootkits ( un tres "gros" dans le sens long a scan " puis plein de peitts) quand c'etait encore macaffee l'antivirus qui m'ont alerté.

Ok. À première vue, je ne vois rien d'actif qui frappe aux yeux.

Pouvez-vous faire une analyse avec RogueKiller pour vérifier un élément ?

• Téléchargez RogueKiller ici
• Débranchez l'ordinateur du réseau
• Exécutez le fichier téléchargé "setup.exe" en tant qu'Administrateur (clic-droit sur le fichier -> Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur"
• Le pre-scan va se dérouler, patientez.
• Cliquez ensuite ...

I used the current version of AdwCleaner today without issue.  I run 3 layers of PAID active Anti-Virus protection:  Emsisoft Anti-Virus, Malwarebytes Pro, and Hitman Pro. 

In response to the false positive claim of AdwCleaner being a threat, I did a scan on the AdwCleaner.exe with all three AV programs.  AdwCleaner came back CLEAN.  Also, I have used it for years...and AdwCleaner catches the ...

J'ai effectué les opérations. Je n'ai laissé que les 3 options indiquées J'ai fait tourner mais l'ordi n'a pas l'air d'apprécier, les fenêtres se figent. Après que j'ai eu un rapport après la seconde tentative. (ci-dessous)

Sinon, on me dit toujoutrs que le service de dépendance n'a pas pu démarrer et que Windows ne détecte aucun réseau et ne peut pas résoudre le problème. J'ai redém...
