Ja'i eu le même problème que vous, une solution (nouvelle version) est en cours. Regardez sous ma discution: Bug avec les versions : 5.034, 5.035 & 5.036 (ne finit pas le scanne)

In the meantime, we'll use FRST :

1. Download FRST
2. Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
3. Click on the "Scan" button
4. The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
5. Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated links.

Bonjour et merci pour votre aide.

Effectivement, si je ne l’arrête pas il finit par faire le scanne jusqu’au bout. Mais il reste sous "recherche générique" au moins durant 50 secondes. D’où le fait que je l’arrêtais à chaque fois puisqu’il est indiqué sur le logiciel "Ne répond pas" (capture d'écran: https://up2sha.re/file?f=jVSvQg7TXxf2).

I finally got ZHP diag to download in English. Scan showed 5 Bugs found. report was locked as 1) PUP.Optional Free Soft Today 2) Toolbar.Agent 3) Heuristic Suspect

It would not Repair or Report. couldn't drag & drop or right click and ZHP screen was locked in the centre of the screen with no functions. When trying to view the items discovered a screen came up all in French again...frustration ...

Pouvez-vous fournir le rapport de débogage ?

1. Lancez AdwCleaner
2. Options -> "Activer le mode déboguage"
3. Lancez le scan
4. Un fichier C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_dbg_xxxxxx.log doit être présent et contenir des informations sur le déroulement et le moment du crash, c'est de lui dont on a besoin (collez-le dans votre réponse ou hébergez le sur Up2Share)
