Can't Delete Threats

So I recently scanned adwcleaner and I received 3 threats. After pressing delete and rebooting my PC, the threats remained. No other program detects these threats. What can I do? (How do I post my logs?)

Télécharge Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (de Farbar) sur ton Bureau.

Attention : tu dois prendre la version compatible avec ton système : 32 ou 64 bits.

32 ou 64 bits - Comment savoir ?

Lance FRST (Sous Windows Vista/7/8/10, clic droit sur FRST > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).
Coche la case Addition.txt.
Clique sur le bouton Analyser.
Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports FRS...

Download MalwareBytes Anti Malware here.
Launch MalwareByte's Anti Malware from your desktop
Click on the tab Settings -> Detection & Protection -> PUP/PUM and check "Treat these detections like malware".
Tab Exam choose Threats, click on Scan now, and click on Launch the exam.

Thank you for all your hard work. I had a suspicion it was a FP after seeing similar logs on other threads.
