Vous pouvez mettre à jour Windows 10 sans attendre, cela ne gênera pas le reste.
Je viens de relire le rapport, voici ce que je vous demande de faire dans un premier temps :
j'ai enfin réussi à booter sur ma framakey salix,
donc je me suis embété pour rien sur les forums Nicolas Coolman, SosVirus, FAEI, FEI, PC Infopratique, Furum SalixOS, forum framakey (framagora), etc...
par contre, j'ai 2 suites de protection:

***** [ Folders ] ***...Before I just hit "clean" I figured I would check to see what I was removing. After reviewing I found some windows registry files. Does anyone know wheather or not I should let the program remove these?
My gut says just delete but i've learned before it's better to be safe than sorry.

You can relaunch AdwCleaner, and click on "Clean".
The computer will reboot at the end, just copy/paste the generated logfile in your answer.
