Can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link in your reply

The dump shows that the BSOD is also linked to PRSvc.exe.. Can you share the associated logfile from AdwCleaner ?

Ok, I downloaded 5.114 today and it gave me the same problem (BSOD with Critical Process Died error upon trying to clean).  I uploaded the .dmp file at the link below.

Je vais avoir beson de plus d'informations :

• Rendez vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPDiag, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistrez le fichier lancez le,
• Cliquez sur l'icône "Scanner" pour faire une analyse complète puis patientez, ça peut durer quelques minutes.
• A la fin de l'analyse, cliquez sur l'icône "Rapport", un rapport va s'ouvrir, et...
