Can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link in your reply

• Rendez vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPDiag, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistrez le fichier lancez le,
• Cliquez sur l'icône "Scanner" pour faire une analyse complète puis patientez, ça peut durer quelques minutes.
• A la fin de l'analyse, cliquez sur l'icône "Rapport", un rapport va s'ouvrir, et s'en...

The AdwCleaner logfile shows us that MPC 's service is still present.

I'have already fought againt that service, and he is clearly well protected.

Actually, the best way to remove it, is to reinstall MPC completly, in order to uninstall it with it's own uninstall application.

The real problem here, is that some tools, like AdwCleaner, tries to remove it, but don't sucess completly...

Most of the programs you listed are installed since a while and known to me (some are quite famous like Corel or Paragon), only DocMgr is quite questionable - it isn't listed in the installed programs, and I can find it listed in the start menu.

I ran cCleaner to see if there are invalid registry...

Ok, there is just some minor infections and a lot of softwares that I don't know, then I will have to make some research to find if some can be dangerous.

But before we do a script with ZHPFix, we are going to clean a little that computer :

• Removing unuse or unknow softwares :
  • Please go to the Windows Tool to uninstall software (by configuration pannel > uninstall softwares)

Can you please post the log file of AdwCleaner ? You can find it in C\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[SX].txt, where X is a number.
