Hello,

Can you launch AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Options. In the "Mode" section, ensure "debug" is selected.

Then, do a scan and a clean. When the freeze occurs, reboot and share the logfile in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.

Hi,

Try to use AdwCleaner in Windows safe mode.

Basically I picked up a nasty piece of malware a while ago. I downloaded this to get rid of it. Yet every time I clicked on clean, to get rid of all that junk, the program says its not responding, then my entire pc freezes, prompting me to restart. I have disabled both my antivirus and firewall while running the program.

Today I downloaded malwareadwcleaner. Now on my computer files I do not see any  files by that name. What  are the file names of this software that resides on my file list to indicate that the program has been properly downloaded?

I downloade malwarebytes adwcleaner today. After downloading I was prompted to click on logfiles. I did so but nothing happened and I could not proceed.  Why did that happen and whar does that mean?

Where do I go to scan my computer with malwarebytes AdCleaner?

Pas convaincu après la lecture du post en anglais et quelques recherches sur internet, je ne vois pas bien pourquoi vous le classez comme PUP. Aussi je continuerai à l'utiliser.

Essayez de désactiver la protection residente de Panda Cloud puis :

• Vous pouvez relancer AdwCleaner et cette fois-ci lancez le nettoyage. Partagez-moi le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse.
• Ensuite, pouvez-vous lancez une nouvelle analyse avec Malwarebytes ? Partagez-moi aussi le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse.
