On va donc supprimer les éléments avec ZHPFix cette fois:

• Rendez-vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPFix, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistrez le fichier sur votre bureau et lancez-le (par un clic-droit -> Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur).
• Laissez-vous guider pendant l'installation, à la fin, un raccourci se crée sur le burea...

Je me permets de répondre à cette discussion : j'ai eu le même souci pas plus tard qu'hier soir. J'ai suivi le conseil donné par Chapi (arrêter la synchronisation), puis ai fait le scan avec ADWcleaner, ai nettoyé juste après, et là, il ne me détecte plus les logiciels malveillants (qui, par ailleurs, étaient passés de 1 à 8 sans que je ne comprenne quoique ce soit).

Ok, dans ce cas on va procéder différemment:

• Rendez vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPDiag, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger";
• Enregistrez le fichier et lancez le;
• Cliquez sur l'icône "Scanner" pour faire une analyse complète puis patientez, ça peut durer quelques minutes;
• À la fin de l'analyse, cliquez sur l'icône "Rapport", un rapport va s'ouvrir, et s...

it’s just happned to me .... this is the first time I got this problem which is that this adware cleaner tool found some adware and then I click on "clean button" for removal and I have to restart the system then the adware log is just to open on windows start-up but there is no info about deleted items (the info of removal items is almost missing in log file even with removal of some adwar...

Désolé, je n'ai effectivement pas précisé cette partie. La formulation peut légèrement changer selon votre navigateur:

Faites un clic-droit sur le lien "fixlist.txt" -> Enregistrer sous -> sélectionner votre bureau (si FRST.exe est sur votre bureau), et nommez le fichier "fixlist.txt".

Excusez moi, je ne comprend pas bien comment recuperer le fichier Fixlist.txt pour l'enregistrer sur le bureau.

j'ai bien FRST64 , quand je clique pour ouvrir le fichier je ne vois pas le bouton Fix.
