With new version I am getting a folder C:user\Ed\AppData\Local\Steam\htmlcache  . This is a temp folder so I delete the folder an all files in it and still when steam runs again it comes up . I then delete everything in it and still get error below .

Can you tell me if it works when you click on "Options" -> "Use local database" then run a scan ? Prior to that, uninstall AdwCleaner.

If this works, I think it's a network issue when downloading the database from Toolslib's server.

Just bumped into this issue while trying to run Adw onto my W8.1 machine.

- tried to do as error message say deleted al the versions I found in my machine

- tried to run again I always get the same error
