2. Open the menu, click on "Help", "Troubleshooting information".
3. In the row "Profile Directory", click on "Show folder"

Can you relaunch AdwCleaner, ensure the database is updated (if your computer is connected to the internet it should be fine) and make a scan.

I try to desinfect with spyhunter, malware antimalware, kaspersky. Yesterday i try with bitdefender total security

Of course that was a lot of time to instal , uninstall, scan etc.

Please tell me if the last way is to reinstal OS (win10 x64)
