Nice fix !!! Thanks. A scan with 5.035 was about as fast as 5.033 with the entire scan taking about 2 and a half minutes with it zipping through the browsers quickly.

I miseed the previous post about 5.034 being slow. Just did a fresh download/install and got the same results.

Adwcleaner 5.033 completes a scan on my XP SP3 PC in under 3 minutes.

Adwcleaner 5.034 runs nice up until scanning browsers and then takes about 8 more minutes to complete. Browers I have installed are IE, Firefox and Chrome.

If you're busy with something, then please just let me know. You could add the word "only" in one string, but you weren't able to update the whole translation? What's the problem?

When did you download this version? Can you download it again on Toolslib or BleepingComputer and tell me if you still face this issue. I updated the version this morning without changing the version number.

Moreover, what do you mean by "no reaction" ? Did the scan still complete? How long did it take?

La fenêtre de version obsolète reste vide chez moi (j'ai W7 et W8.1). Ça ne me gène pas, mais risque de ne pas faire sérieux pour les personnes découvrant ce précieux logiciel.

The outdated version window stay empty to me (I have W8 and W8.1). I don't care, but it may seem not serious for the people discovery this precious software. (sorry for my bad english)
