An elite member stated that the CEF folder is created by Steam. As it was only one person who claimed so, I decided to let Adwcleaner quarantine it and then I uninstalled adwcleaner. I recently ran Adwcleaner on my Macbook Pro on the Windows 10 partition, and after it flagged several registry files and rebooted, I can no longer login to Windows 10.  It displays, "Other User" instead of my name, and when I try to login as a local user with "BRIAN-PC\Brian" and my password, it restarts abruptly and starts the cycle again.

• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
