Why can AdwCleaner 7.1.0.0. not erase  NetUtils2016.sys  in windows\system32\drivers\ ?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking?  If I have to guess are to trying to say how to safely remove USB?

So, as I can see, the BSOD might be due to a bad/corrupted driver installation.

Depuis 2 versions désormais, Adwcleaner détecte à tort les logiciels de Auslogics comme des malvailants. Here is the one from the session that ran right after it installed correctly. AdwCleaner doesn't seem to like Wise and Auslogics applications; it found them and quarantined them, which is fine. Now, the issue with AdwCleaner not installing was occuring before Wise or Auslogics apps were installed.

The decison in Version 3, Malwarebytes became to bloaty & buggy. I see people running Version 2 on Windows 7.

Now the decsion to end JRT with no more updates. Running JRT 8.14, everytime it manually creates a restore point for you. I have a HD/SSD, works fine for Restore Point. Create a restore point right now, is for right now.

Reset This PC with Keep My Files, Applications needing reinstall...

I don't use Malwarebytes after the huge changes. Count on Adw, JRT,  & MBAE. I hope you live long, so Corporate won't take control.

What "huge changes" are you referring to?

Just did another search, the last trace of it is no longer found. All gone. Did completly nothing, the last one went away on its own.
