When AdwCleaner freezes (Not Responding) its usually caused by the service ucguard which it finds, but can't remove. Google FreeFixer, download and install it, then disconnect from the Internet, close your browser and run it. It will find the ucguard.sys file and tick the box to remove it (run Fix). Yes I did it, and rescaning found the same files with internet connection. But my problem still same. After reboot I scaning with Adw, and found Key  HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{10921475-03CE-4E04-90CE-E2E7EF20C814}. Adw cleaner can't delete this file. Every scan I found that.

I would object to that, I'm 100% sure I don't have ProxyGate.

This is some of the matches that have Legit names in their descriptions, and the last changed date is the date that I installed my machine.

So it seems colleteral damage from the ProxyGate detection, I would not remove these keys!
