Search

I tried all versions before using this beta version and all failed. The tool stops at the heuristic analysis. I get a pop up windows: AdwCleaner stopped working and windows will try to find a solution. I cannot get any error file, my only option is to stop the the program and that's it.

I use Windows 10 family, 64 bits.

the heuristic-scan had find these objects:

but these were log-files and not folders! perhaps this was the reason, why adwarecleaner can't delete it adn then crashed

I'have delteted these files manuel and now adware cleaner works well

Oops, You're right! Log files can't be deleted inside AdwCleaner 7.0.1.0 (it must be do manually in C:\AdwCleaner\ folder), but it's a minor problem beside the "Quarantine bug", indeed...

After the posted logs, can you try launching the application in "Safe Mode" see if it works then? If it does, try to do a scan with both software.
