I reinstall firefox;

after that, I run these programs (really not sure if I run in this order):

1. Adware_Removal_Tool_by_TSA
2. Windows 10 Manager-1click cleaner
3. RegHunter
4. TFC (Ttemporary file cleaner by Old Timer)
5. CCcleaner
6. rkill
7. jrt

Now browser no redirect to newpoptab.

Think I remove it.

But adw cleaner still not found any malicious threats.

This is a known bug and we're currently working on it.

Could you try with this debug version : http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/17959594961240255/AdwCleaner_DBG.exe and tell us if that works ?

Yes, the debug version runs properly & finishes normally.

Same here. My windows xp pro sp3 crash too with latest version AdwCleaner. The solution is delete registry AdwCleaner then the crash gone but everytime you run AdwCleaner you must delete the AdwCleaner registry first. I try version 3 with no crash reported.

Just like the rev from a couple weeks ago, runs a couple seconds, then crashes.  5.028 - same.  5.030 - OK.

I've seen more complaints about the uninstaller, but I guess it's just a bug. It seems to have a solid self-defense against malware, so it's hard to uninstall it using external tools, that's it.

MPC Cleaner has been classified as a PUP since its behaviour is discutable (for instance here - in French only..).

Since they have updated their software to fix some issues, we might reconsider the detection.

I can confirm this, I created the folder and it seems to work properly now. Thanks!

downloaded the latest adw,  problem with a virus in the exe..  ramnit virus detected by ....  reason core security.. brrrr...  then downloaded

the exe on my external backup disk and ran the scan again...  same result ... as the virus was already in my system,  ran my recent backup.. virus gone

You're right, there is currently a bug where you can't choose your language when you don't have C:\AdwCleaner folder created. ( that can happen if you previously uninstalled AdwCleaner or are using it for the first time ).

This issue will be fixed in v5.032 which will be online soon.

regist привет, а про вас я совсем забыл!

зашёл на ваш сайт и всё решилось.

в корне диска создал папку AdwCleaner, в ней создал файл settings.ini с текстом

[Other]
language=9

теперь всё ОК
