Ok. I think that AdwCleaner has cleaned most of the elements I found in the FRST log since it has been created before, but we'll see what it gives:

• Download the file fixlist.txt and save it as "fixlist.txt" to the Desktop or where FRST is located.

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Ugg... I have this stupid ad hijacker that i cannot find to remove and it is driving me crazy!   When browsing in Chrome  and you click on anything it opens a new tab wanting to you download some software to update files on your computer, or directs you to a buy a russian bride website, or tells you have a virus that must be removed in 60 seconds... if you get that one it locks up your computer...

Toujours le même problème au démarrage de l'ordinateur. Pas d'internet. Au re-démarrage internet se met.Bonne fin de journée!

Il reste toujours 5121Ko à nettoyer. Il ne veut jamais partir, C'est comme cela depuis très longtemps. Et j'avais redemarrer l'ordinateur avant de faire le nettoyage avec Ccleaner.

Vous pouvez mettre à jour Windows 10 sans attendre, cela ne gênera pas le reste.

Je viens de relire le rapport, voici ce que je vous demande de faire dans un premier temps :

• Si un raccourci portant le nom de ZHPFix sur trouve sur votre bureau, lancez-le.
• Sinon, rendez-vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPFix, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger" et in...

Comment désinstaller ZHPDiag du bureau. Le point exe et le programme lui-même?  Est-ce qu'on le supprime tout simplement ou il y a autre chose à faire. Merci de me le dire.

D'accord, nous allons commencer par un ZHPDiag :

• Rendez vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPDiag, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger";
• Enregistrez le fichier et lancez le;
• Cliquez sur l'icône "Scanner" pour faire une analyse complète puis patientez, ça peut durer quelques minutes;
• À la fin de l'analyse, cliquez sur l'icône "Rapport", un rapport va s'ouvrir, ...

3. Click on the "Scan" button
4. The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
