Le fait de ne pas avoir vidé la quarantaine avant de lancer ZHPFix n'est pas un problème.

Attends encore un peu voir si ZHPFix se débloque, mais ça ne devrait pas prendre plus de 30min...

Si il ne se débloque pas, arrête le, et on s'occupera de MPC Cleaner autrement avant de nettoyer avec ZHPFix.

Can you relaunch AdwCleaner, ensure the database is updated (if your computer is connected to the internet it should be fine) and make a scan.

Then, provide me the generated report.

I try to desinfect with spyhunter, malware antimalware, kaspersky. Yesterday i try with bitdefender total security

Of course that was a lot of time to instal , uninstall, scan etc.

Please tell me if the last way is to reinstal OS (win10 x64)

Search for events related to "Critical process died" ( it should be under "Critical category" )

Can you tell me if you find events related to it ? If so, can you provide me with those informations ( double click on the event, then on "Details" and copy/paste the content )
