We'll check the existence of others libeay32.dll :

• Download SEAF : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/155-seaf/
• Right-click on the icon -> Execute as Administrator.
• In the search field, type "libeay32.dll".
• Then, start the search. A report will open when the search is over (it contains the search results).

I tried with Avast disabled and ran as Admin, but the same result as my first post....

It may be a long shot, but, does v5.108 support non SSE2 CPUs? I have 2 other XP sp3 machines wit similar setups that run v5.108 with no problems, but this problem machine runs an old non SSE2 CPU?

I have not this issue... only 5-6 seconds before seeing Adwcleaner's loading

but I'm using XP-SP3 so perhaps you must search another version of this .dll more convenient with 64bits OS ?

I have also replaced old libeay32.dll with new one from 'bibuot' and now v5.107 running without errors :) 

Copied this newer DLL into  c:\windows\SysWOW64 (replaced the old DLL)  v5.107 is running without errors but program starts up with important delay (1m30s) before program window is visible with the scan button. Scan works at normal speed. Old version of AdwCleaner was fast on initial star...

Hello, This is fixed in v5.107. The actions are capitalized in every other languages, I don't think it's really a problem..

"Nalezeno" (Found), "Smazáno" (Deleted) and other action names used in logfiles shouldn't be capitalized in the Czech version. Could you correct it?

Ran the version you provided Xplode. Still does the BSOD. Here's the debug:
