Adwcleaner found 39 threats and when it starts to clean, my system becomes unresponsive until I have to restart manually

Hello,

Can you launch AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Options. Then, tick "Debug", and do a scan, and a clean.

When the crash occured, please host the file C:\AdwCleaner_Debug.log on https://up2sha.re/ and share the generated link here.

Hi, im trying to get rid of annoying malware that popped out of nowhere, i ran the scan, i clicked on the clean section, then it crashed. I found out that some file causing the app to crash why ? I tried to untick box at the folder section, then it worked!, but if i tick the box at folder section it will stopped working . I tried to wait around 2 hours and nothing.pls i need solution
