The AdwCleaner logfile shows us that MPC 's service is still present.
I'have already fought againt that service, and he is clearly well protected.
Actually, the best way to remove it, is to reinstall MPC completly, in order to uninstall it with it's own uninstall application.
The real problem here, is that some tools, like AdwCleaner, tries to remove it, but don't sucess completly...

pour l'AV , en ce moment je teste Panda Free et je dois reconnaitre qu'il est pas mal du tout , pas de faux positifs, bref bien quoi.

J'ai suivi ce qui m'est demandé à savoir désactiver l'anti virus (avg free) et exécuter en tant qu'admin. Après j'ai un anti spyware et malware à coté donc je pense pas avoir d'infection de ce coté (les 2 sont premium avec des clés)
Le crash a lieu à chaque fois sur c:programdata/ {FD6F83C0-EC70-4581-8361-C70CD1AA4B98} (dossier vide en plus)
Edit : Après suppression du fameux dossier le scan ...
