I am running AdwCleaner v5.112 and having the same issue. I downloaded the version from the post above but the debug file was not created. Please help.

The second BSOD is caused by the same processus. It's probably my fault, I made a mistake when I added this case to the database.. Can you retry now (with the v5.112) ? (and be sure to get a network connection to get the latest database update)

Can you try de-quarantine both keys that were deleted by AdwCleaner? ( Run it, click on "Tools" -> "Quarantine" )
