I've been using this to nuke malware for a LONG time, and I'd like to thank you for the time and energy you put into this. Is there any chance you can whitelist Kaseya software in your process killer so that remote techs don't lose connection while running this? The directories it runs from are below:

First of all, sorry if we are not quick enough but it's due to 3 things :

1) I'm alone to develop and maintain AdwCleaner

2) I prioritize bug fixes over translations update

3) The way you told me to update the translation means that I will need to rewrite every translations according to this new model, and it will take a lot of time to contact every other translation and ask them to ...

I have the same issue. I downloaded it from both Bleeping computers and here.

Let run almost 7 hours, then had to kill it through task manager.... Tried running program and uninstalling and restarting, but that didn't help either.

Any thoughts on this?

I have use other versions of adwcleaner, and they all worked fine.

Adwcleaner 5.033 completes a scan on my XP SP3 PC in under 3 minutes.

Adwcleaner 5.034 runs nice up until scanning browsers and then takes about 8 more minutes to complete. Browers I have installed are IE, Firefox and Chrome.

I have the exact same problem and noticed it on the previous version as well (I have windows 8.1).  I was starting to think there was something wrong with my computer, but now that I know that I'm not alone maybe somebody forgot to code the update message.

So as of late I have had this strange error occur whenever the update message pops up when Adware is out of date.  It is completely blank.  I have no idea what causes the update message to be blank.  I am noticing no other problems except for this blank message.  Is there something just weird going on with my computer or did somebody forget to program a message into the error message?

No reaction during generic search

Scan is now hanging for 10 minutes during Check Internet Browsers. I have now deleted after 20 Minutes the whole Scan Process via Task manager!
