I think I should be clearer. I've installed the app but when I hit "scan" I receive the above mentioned message.

En fait, lorsque je me suis rendu compte que SpyHunter et RegHunter étaient des SW frauduleux, je les ai déinstallé avec la manip que tu cites. Les 2 ont bien disparus mais SpyHunter s'éxecutait tjs au démarrage. J'ai du le désactiver des programmes lancés directement.

I have the exact same problem and noticed it on the previous version as well (I have windows 8.1). I was starting to think there was something wrong with my computer, but now that I know that I'm not alone maybe somebody forgot to code the update message.
So as of late I have had this strange error occur whenever the update message pops up when Adware is out of date. It is completely blank. I have no idea what causes the update message to be blank. I am noticing no other problems except for this blank message. Is there something just weird going on with my computer or did somebody forget to program a message into the error message?
