Glad the issues have been sorted out. For future reference, I recommend installing some form of Adblock, as not only that prevents malicious ad pop-ups but also some malicious websites as well. Additionally, you can check any link before clicking it using Virus Total or Scanurl. Good luck!
Did you remove previous versions of the software from your PC and are you sure you are using the latest version? Make sure you are running only one instance of anti-malware software.
Hi, I had the same problem, it would do a scan and then when I would clean it would stop right away and say Caught and some other things can't think of offhand but it would not let me x it out and would have to minimize it and then right click to close window.
