I just ran the 4th scan in a row and each time, ADWCleaner found: Key HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.snapdoc I just did a Google and see that .snapdoc is related to Ashampoo software... Why is ADWCleaner wanting to remove it? and, why can't ADWCleaner remove it?

I'm having something simmilar happen to me when using adw cleaner.

Frequently when I have run adwcleaner after the reboot it takes very long for the user to login. After the login process Windows will give a notification "failed to connect to windows service". Hello,

Please download and run the latest AdwCleaner's version ( v5.104 ). It should disinfect infected DNSApi.dll files. There was a bug in v5.103 which caused AdwCleaner to detect but not disinfect these files.
