after that, I run these programs (really not sure if I run in this order):

1. Adware_Removal_Tool_by_TSA
2. Windows 10 Manager-1click cleaner
3. RegHunter
4. TFC (Ttemporary file cleaner by Old Timer)
5. CCcleaner
6. rkill
7. jrt

Now browser no redirect to newpoptab.

Think I remove it.

But adw cleaner still not found any malicious threats.

Version 5.029 detected something new. Is it a FP? If not, what other scans should I run to make sure to remove the infection?

Uninstalling AdwCleaner also remove the Quarantine folder, so you won't be able to access it then.

check internet explorer's settings, assuming that you are using "internet explorer", and see if "toolslib.net" has been added to IE's "restricted sites" zone.. if so, you will need to remove it from the list of "restricted sites"..

don't ask me how it was added to IE's "restricted sites" zone.. i don't know..

or, it is possible that microsoft has a blocklist for IE where the download is being...
