Even when downloading from your website and official sources. I have also read plenty of entries in this forum about people not being able to install the software properly

1. Sadly, fixing issues takes time. It also depends on the type and severity of these issues. Some are more difficult to fix than others.
2. I'd like to remind you that we're speaking about the release of a major version (7.0.0.0). A major version often comes with big changes and it may bring unexpected issues.
