ok then here the services name that cause the problem which adware cleaner was unable to remove them in the normal-mode but adware cleaner tool was able to remove them only on the safe-mode without any "not responding Message" or such of it

Since I don't see the precise issue, it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's not abnormal to need to run in safemode in order to remove specific elements.
