Okay, I've been look around the other threads here for an answer.

And I've noticed the possiblites of False Postives on the scan.

Might this be a case of it?

Hey guys. So after i let adwcleaner run it found 1 Service which can't be removed? Can you help me with what it is and how to remove it?

I scan and i go to logfile then it has one ..(.txt) come up then after that i double click it like the hint below just said and a notepad appear. How can I delete that note pad and how can i find this like you have on ypur sample.screenshot that have reset and delete then next is quarantine.. thankyou :)

Can you help, admins? AdwCleaner has always removed any threat it finds. Today it failed repeatedly to remove these three services it identified as threats. CCleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, Norton, HitMan Pro and Glary all fail to detect anything wrong.

Is this an ADW false positive or if not, how do I remove & replace the services permanently if they are infected?

Also I've ran many cleaning softwares such as FRST, Hitmanpro, Malwarebytes, EEK, rKill, Super Antispyware, TDSSKiller, and I even went and did a Combofix scan and nothing popped up on all of those except for ADWCleaner so it must be a false detection.

We are working on a fix for the v6.010. In the meantime, it would help us to get the Debug log (Tools > Options > Debug) to trace the issue.

Bonjour Voilà plusieurs semaines que je me bat, en vain !

ADWcleaner me trouve bien les merdouilles à virer, mais elles reviennent :-(

Qui aurait une solution ? D'avance merci ;-)
