But after the update in August I can;t connect anymore after a reboot of the computer. This is my first post on this forum. I would like to apologize in advance for any missing information, formatting styles, etc.

I have always used Adwcleaner for malware and other viruses. This has always worked. Until now.

Whenever i open another tab in Google Chrome a "startgo123" page opens. I tried resolving my issue using Adwcleaner but it didn't work.

Hello,

Can you uninstall again AdwCleaner with Delfix as above.

Then, clean with CCleaner:

Download CCleaner from here, and install it.
Start CCleaner (there should be a shortcut on your Desktop)
Go in Options tab > Advanced, untick Only delete Windows temporary files older than 24 hours.
Then in Options tab > Surveillance, untick the both boxes.
In the Clean tab, click on "Clean".

I do not know if I did thing in activating the debug mode. I ticked the debug mode at Tools > Options.

Ok, I read another set of comments somewhere on your forum with someone with the exact same issue. The problem is IObit Unistaller which your software is reading as questionable. Once you erase the key, IObit just reinstalls it. I deleted IObit and the problem went away.
