I tried with different browser to no avail, then tried and made it from Filehippo with right checksum.
Now running it, it told me it's an old version and I should download the newer one, though everything seems right as above and in "about" info

Hello reader, I using another new browser called Torch (torchbrowser.com) and I really hate, that ADWCleaner thing that Torch Browser is adware, can be that fixed? Browsing old threads and safe to say, that Locky won't be decryptable for quite some time. Considering that new versions of it are coming out, making it even more complicated to do anything. A quick bump up the post to get admins/mods here to confirm and double check my concerns. Also, the other thread hasn't been confirmed by admins/mods as well. We will see how it turns out, could be just another bug with Adwcleaner.
if you read carefully all my 3d linked you should know that the last NON buggy is the vers 6
upt to the new vers 7, also the last stable 7.0.1 one is BUGGY
