I finally got ZHP diag to download in English. Scan showed 5 Bugs found. report was locked as 1) PUP.Optional Free Soft Today 2) Toolbar.Agent 3) Heuristic Suspect

It would not Repair or Report. couldn't drag & drop or right click and ZHP screen was locked in the centre of the screen with no functions. When trying to view the items discovered a screen came up all in French again...frustration ...

Tried to download the ZHPDiag software again and got:

Windows protected your PC

Windows Smartscreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

This happens sometimes when downloading the latest version of Adware cleaner...I will have to check out Screenshot, as, never have done it before. Thanks.

• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link in your reply

Ok. Ça confirme donc qu'Enigma n'est pas digne de confiance.

On va procéder autrement :

• Rends toi sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPFix, puis clique sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistre le fichier où tu veux et lance le (fais le par un clic-droit -> Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur).
• Laisse toi guider pendant l'installation, à la fin, un raccourci se...

Effectivement, rien de spécial à signaler sur le rapport ZHPDiag.

Pour désinstaller SpyHunter, excepté si Enigma ment sur SpyHunter, ce qui suit devrait fonctionner :

1. Cliquez sur le logo Windows,
2. Sélectionnez Programmes,
3. Cherchez SpyHunter, ouvrez le dossier et cliquez sur Désinstaller SpyHunter,
4. Confirmez la désinstallation en suivant les étapes.

Au moindre doute, faites une cap...

mais j'ai aussi désintallé un certain nb de SW que je n'utilisais plus.

je viens de faire le scan , il a trouvé 2 bugs et un fenêtre s'est ouverte indiuant qu'il y avait trouvé sur la station "Superfluous.Green.TreeApp". Le rapport est ci-joint https://up2sha.re/file?f=D5niPVsDmm9t 

j'ai pas appuyé encore sur NETTOYER de ZHPDiag même si ça me démangea...
