Please relaunch AdwCleaner, launch a Scan. It should then get the latest definitions and Youndoo should be handled.

Can you tick the option "Activate the debug mode" before clicking on "Clean" ? Then, you should get a logfile in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_dbg_xxxxxx.log - can you copy/paste it here when it freezes ?

It has been fixed with the current update. It was harmless to delete this key, so nothing to worry if you pressed the (Clean) button with this element ticked.
