My Chrome encounters Nova.rambler.ru browser hijacking and I fail to delete it from the homepage. I tried resetting the homepage settings but it keeps coming back next time I use Chrome. It should prevent the multiple tabs opening in Chrome at least. If so, we'll then fix the sqlite3.dll issue.

Over the last couple days I've seen a problem with Adwcleaner on two different computers. When I initially run it I get multiple tabs opening in Chrome all pointing to the Malwarebytes website. When I manage to close all the tabs I get the error about *sqlite3.dll being corrupted or replaced. On one I get the same problem when I try to uninstall but the other let's me uninstall with no problems...

Je ne suis pas sûr que les éléments trouvés par ZHPCleaner viennent d'une infection. Je vois "fb", peut-être un lien avec Facebook.

Les éléments se trouvent dans les paramètres de Google Chrome, tu peux le désinstaller proprement puis le réinstaller :
