Pourquoi dois  je  faire " CONTROL ALT DEL" sinon commandes bloquées même en mode sans echec avec prise reseau ? I finally got ZHP diag to download in English. Scan showed 5 Bugs found. report was locked as 1) PUP.Optional Free Soft Today 2) Toolbar.Agent 3) Heuristic Suspect

It would not Repair or Report. couldn't drag & drop or right click and ZHP screen was locked in the centre of the screen with no functions. When trying to view the items discovered a screen came up all in French again...frustration ...

Tried to download the ZHPDiag software again and got:

This happens sometimes when downloading the latest version of Adware cleaner...I will have to check out Screenshot, as, never have done it before. Thanks.

Ok. Ça confirme donc qu'Enigma n'est pas digne de confiance.

On va procéder autrement :

• Rends toi sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPFix, puis clique sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistre le fichier où tu veux et lance le (fais le par un clic-droit -> Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur).
• Laisse toi guider pendant l'installation, à la fin, un raccourci se...

would you pls check above mentioned add on for F/P? It works for me for a long time without any problems and was never detected by any other security software.
