I use AdwCleaner on a constant basis. Recently I scanned a computer with it to remove some residual shopathome.com issues. Afterwards I noticed an entire folder missing. After searching my C: drive, it showed it was now located in the quarantine folder created by AdwCleaner. Fearing the worst I looked back at the logs created from that scan. yes it takes time but it depends , if the hard drive is full , if there's many sessions , in the computer is very infected.... it depends of so many things...... this tools reads almost all the unknown keys/folders/files by windows

Oui, mais je rappelle que je ne suis que bénévole pour vous aider, et je le fais sur mon temps libre (tout comme vous, je dois aussi dormir, manger... en parallèle). Si je ne réponds pas dans les trois jours, n'hésitez pas à relancer, sinon soyez patient..

N'utilisez pas d'autre outil sans m'en parler avant, il se peut que certains rentrent en conflit et ça n'aidera pas dans la démar...
