Ok. Le problème vient d'une trace d'une ancienne version du logiciel qu'il faut supprimer. CCleaner devrait faire le travail.

1. Téléchargez la dernière version de CCleaner et installez-la,
2. Exécutez Ccleaner (icône sur votre bureau)
3. Dans l'onglet Options > Avancé, décochez la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaires de Windows datant de plus de 24 heures.
4. Dans l'onglet Options > Survei...

As stated in the title, I myself do have problems when attempting the cleaning stage. But instead of getting this blue screen, mine just simply didn't respond. 

Im using Windows 10 64-bit as well.

Hello. 

i have used older versions of adw cleaner and they work fine but they dont detect the threats

so i used the newest version (v6.000) and it detects alot of threats but when i press clean it just goes not responding. i tried waiting 2 hours and it was still not responding

im on Windows 10 64-bit

and im sorry if i posted in the wrong place :S

Je pense avoir récolté un virus ou autre menace (je suis sous windows 8.1) qui provoque l'action suivante:

Installation automatique et systématique de l'application Adguard sous Chrome avec l'impossibilité de la désinstaller, ce qui me fait penser que c'est une application frelatée.

Les programmes adwcleaner, spybot Search&distroy et Malwarebytes sont inefficaces.

• Télécharge Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (de Farbar) sur ton Bureau.

Attention : tu dois prendre la version compatible avec ton système : 32 ou 64 bits.

32 ou 64 bits - Comment savoir ?

• Lance FRST (Sous Windows Vista/7/8/10, clic droit sur FRST > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).
• Coche la case Addition.txt.
• Clique sur le bouton Analyser.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports FRS...
