Maybe this will shed some light - I suceeded in downloading the file only if I download it to the Microsoft Azure server - where download speed is 1 gigabit per second, and the file has been downloaded in about 40 seconds. On all other (slower) links, it fails repeatedly.

I've been trying to download Win14393PESE-X86 iso, windows recovery toolkit but it fails on multiple browsers. Less than 10% is downloaded on the laptop and no more than 50% through the phone.

How can I get a copy of the toolkit, is there another source?

My son has infected my computer with some kind of malware. New toolbar has apperaed on my chrome browser (fuq.com virus/toolbar i don't know). I have found a tutorial and did all the steps, but it did not help. I am thinking of buying ADWCleaner. Will it help me?

Cookies are stored in your browser. What browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or another?  It is easy if I can find this out.

doublechecked too it goes likes this:

survey -> close browser -> run adwcleaner -> pups found -> dont repair -> open browser again AND delete cookies -> close browser -> run adw cleaner again -> no pups found - so 100% cookie related - probably just gathering personal data via those i would guess and making profit over those eventho they pay you for survey
