adware cleaner 7.0.0.0 crashes on use

adware cleaner 7.0.0.0 crashes on use, when it comes to the end of the process. 

And, my old 6.x won't run - insists on upgrading to 7 which doesn't work. 

So, figured I would try 7.0.1.0 beta, but that also insists it is out of date, and tries to get me to go back to 7.0.0.0

Please use this one: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/files/1021/

And click on [cancel] when prompted for update, it will let you continue to use the version without updating.
