Did you look at AdwCleaner's documentation ? It is available here : https://toolslib.net/forum/viewthread/182-en-adwcleaner-documentation/
AdwCleaner works that way :
- First, you need to click on "Scan" button
- Then, after the scan has finished, you will be able to check/uncheck elements found (if any)
- Finally, you have to click on "Clean" button in order to remove items previously checked
I might be wrong but it seems that you have not clicked on "Clean" button.
If you need some help before clicking "Clean" button", feel free to share us the scan logfile ("C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Sx].txt", where x represents a number).
