I LOVE AdwCleaner it helps me a lot! I love that it first kills almost all processes in order to do a good job after. In older versions it terminated the TeamViewer applications process too but I noticed that now it trusts TV so it leavs it alone. This is great! As I understand there is a "whitelist" for apps that won't be terminated before a clean? If so I would like to propose a new addition to this list: Ammyy. Ammyy is just like TV: a legit remote admin app. It has a free version also I think a lot of people use it. Sometimes I user it instead of TV but now I can't run Adw through it because then I "close my self out" of the computer: without "local" user interaction I won't be able to get back in the computer after I click ADW Clean. I don't know why it's seeing Hotspot Shiled as adware. It's a legitimate application.

J'ai créé un compte sur votre site seulement pour laisser ce commentaire. Je suis technicien informatique en entreprise et sous traitant depuis un an pour ma ville. Nous avons plus de 400 postes à dépanner régulièrement. Votre outil est ma référence depuis longtemps pour supprimer les menaces principales et il a toujours fait un excellent travail (Malwarebytes me sert pour une recherche plus approfondie s'il y a de nombreuses menaces éradiquées par ADWcleaner).
Je n'ai pas utilisé la version 4.002, alors je n'ai pas eu les problèmes rencontrés avec elle. J'avoue que les inconvénients auraient été assez contraignants dans ma situation. Mais je ne peux pas trop vous blâmer car vous me rendez de grands services et me faites gagner du temps.
Bravo à l'équipe en espérant que vous corrigerez tous les bogues de la version 4.
PS : il serait bien que vous proposiez une version de votre application que l'on téléchargerait une seule fois et qui se mettrait à jour au lancement, plutôt que devoir télécharger à nouveau l'exécutable.

bonjour il y a un souci avec ce logiciel, je suis sous xp et quand j'exécute l’application ça me met un rapport erreur à renvoyer ou pas a microsoft ... c'est dû a cette dernière mise a jour ? que ça ne passe plus sur mon pc ?

I have a BIG issue with this software! It removes my Accounting software (NCH Express Accounts & NCH Express Invoicing) even when I am not running the application (adwclean). As soon as I restore the software from the Quarantine Manager, it quarantines it again. I know my accounts software is okay, and without an exclude option, I risk losing this software and all backups of it (even from a USB, as the moment I write the Accounts software to USB, it removes it from there as well. I am NOT running adwclean when this happens. It does NOT show up in processes or services either. A folder exclude is needed as a matter of urgency.
