Hello,
I'm Lightshot developer https://app.prntscr.com/ Today I found that AdwCleaner somehow reports Lightshot as a malware! This is nonsense! We have millions users around the world and you are trying to undermine the credibility of our product. Please fix your databases as soon as possible! I'm waiting for a letter from you on support@skillbrains.com with explanation of this situation.
Thanks.

Hello everyone! On Windows Vista and newer systems, do I need to run it as an administrator or is it OK to run it as current user that already has admin rights? Thanks Xplode for your great program. Saves me a lot of time and effort on my each working day.
I would be more than happy to donate for an English version.
I have had a virus several times in the past month. AdwCleaner seems to fix it, but then it comes back a week or two later. Today it mutated worse than ever. It deleted all the old versions of AdwCleaner off my hard drive. When I came here to download the latest version, IE would not load the page, it just said Waiting, forever. Opera acted like it downloaded, but nothing happened. I clicked Didn't Work? Click Here, and the same thing would happen, countdown from five, and then nothing. This is a pretty smart virus to delete the old copies and not let you download the new one. Do you know about this virus? What must I do to keep it from coming back again?
I really love AdwCleaner, you have done a fantastic job. I have a question: i wan't to execute this program on a remote computer in my LAN, is there a way to run it for automatic scan and automatic clean?
Thanks.
I Always use RKILL before i run ADWCleaner. Suddenly , since today, update (30-09-2014) it doesn't remove any spyware anymore. When the scan is finished, and i delete the files, i reboot. Then, when windows boots up, The annoying "scripting" ads are still there in Internet Explorer.
To some of the other users out there who think this software is a virus, listen up. Any piece of software that performs administrative tasks with or without the user knowledge is considered malware or a trojan. Unfortunately, this is also common for software with a good cause.
